Resort Policies
DAILY RESORT FEE
- The condo has a daily resort fee of $40+Tax and a security deposit of $250 that will be released or returned to the credit card after Check-Out. If damage is incurred, a surcharge may be applied at the discretion of LYFE Resort & Residences.
- Late Check-out after 12pm will incur a mandatory late-check out Fee of $40+ tax.
MANDATORY
- ALWAYS wear shoes, shirts, and cover-ups in the Lobby. This will carry a penalty of $100.
- Wristbands provided by the front desk MUST BE WORN to grant access to the floors, pool, restaurant, gym, spa and beach. Failure to wear wristband while on the property will Result in a penalty of $100 and removal from pool and beach area.
- If the wristband is lost or needs to be replaced, a fee of $20 will be charged.
- Trash must be disposed of in the trash chute located by the elevators on each floor. Failure to do so will result in a Improper trash violation fee of $100.
- While in the pool all children wearing diapers must use swim diapers.
- Packages: During regular Hours 8am-4pm $5+tax per package.
- Packages: During after Hours 4pm-8am $25+tax per package.
- Smoking in the suites is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking in the suite, a fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card given at the time of check-in.
CARD ONLY – NO CASH
- Upon arrival you will be asked for a credit card to cover the daily resort fee of $40+Tax per unit.
- The Daily rate entitles each guest to: o Wristbands are provided at the reception to access the pool, restaurant, spa, gym, and beach.
- Beach service is provided by the Hyde Resort & Residences behind the Apogee building (1 minute walking distance). Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Service is based on availability (First come first served).
- The maximum occupancy per unit is strictly monitored and enforced: 1 Bedroom: 4 persons over the age of 4 2 Bedroom: 6 persons over the age of 4 3 Bedroom: 8 persons over the age of 4.
- Parties or gatherings are prohibited. No outside visitors will be allowed to access the units or amenities. It is forbidden to throw objects from the balconies.
TOWEL SERVICE CARD
- Pool and Beach Service card will be given during check-in.
- Please present the towel service card at the pool/beach to claim one towel per guest.
- Towels must be returned to the pool/beach attendant the same day to avoid a $50 fine per towel.
- Towels are not allowed to be removed from the pool/beach area.
- Please return the towel service card at the Front Desk at check-out to avoid $40 fine per non returned card.
The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse property by the credit card given at check-in and also gives property authorization to do so should damage occur. Property and Staff assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
